Fantastic! Large menu with more items being added. Both indoor and outside seating, the sleek ambience gives it a hip vibe. Easy parking across the street. Great flavorful coffee. Great service. The owner Ryan was very friendly. Definitely going back.

Absolutely loved our brunch at Parkside Eats! This spot is an absolute gem in Metuchen. The menu is creative, packed with flavor, and full of tempting choices — we had such a hard time narrowing down what to order because everything sounded incredible. We ended up trying the Korean Fried Chicken Wings, Guava Manchego Sliders, the BECKY Sandwich, and a Waffle with Ube Butter — and every single dish was fantastic. The wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and that creamy sauce on top was addicting. The sliders were a wild combo of sweet, savory, and tangy — loved the microgreens and guava touch. The BECKY sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese, and kewpie mayo on a roll) hit that comfort food note, and the waffle with ube butter was the perfect sweet finish — fluffy, not overly sweet, and the ube butter was the star. Service was friendly, and the vibe was laid back but stylish. You can tell the kitchen puts thought and heart into what they’re doing. Already planning a trip back to try more. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parkside Eats for breakfast, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, there was no wait time to be seated, which was a refreshing start. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on. What really stood out, though, was the service. Not only was the staff attentive and friendly, but there was no delay in getting our food. We were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or waiting long for anything. I had the chance to speak with the manager during our visit, and he was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Parkside Eats takes pride in both its food, family and its customer service. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

Came to this place for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious. Wait time wasn’t long. Staff was super friendly and consistently checked in on us which is always greatly appreciated. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu items.

Our whole family (including 2 little kids) had an amazing brunch here. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. I liked what I ordered but think I would have liked other stuff more. Too many great menu options. So we will be back!

I had brunch with my sister at Parkside Eats, and from the moment we walked in, it was a positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and our waiter was both attentive and helpful, offering great recommendations. The food was flavorful, and the shakes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to family and friends!

This is a little gem with so much potential. My wife went to this restaurant for brunch. From the outside it doesn't look like much and they're are not a lot seating. However, the food is amazingly good. Perfect portions and acceptable prices. We ordered sliders and chicken waffle and both came out amazing. The fries were crunchy but a bit salty. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend this place!

Food was excellent. My son had the French Toast with fruity pebbles and was insane. I tried them and i had the Taco Desayuno recommended by owner and was excellent. The owner Ryan took his time to talk to us and take care of us personally. Definitely will be back.
